
Booking & Deposit
A booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received. The deposit secures your wedding date and is non-refunable.
Final Balance :
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Rental Status :
All decor items provided remain the property of Signature Weddings & Events and are supplied on a rental basis only.
Venue Coordination :
To ensure your day runs smoothly and stress-free, we liaise directly with your venue to arrange arrival set-up, and collection times.
Cancellations :
All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of the wedding date, the full remaining balance will be payable. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Care Of Items :
We kindly ask that all hired items are treated with care and respect. Clients are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse. We understand accidents can hap[pen, so please inform us or the venue coordinator as soon as possible if anything is damaged.
Quote Adjustments & Substitutions :
If clients wish to remove items from their agreed quote, the overall value of the booking must be remain the same. Any items removed must be replaced with alternative items of equal value. This ensures the agreed package and pricing structure remains consistent.
